Does your mom pick out your clothes too?

This one makes me think that some poor guy got personalized plates from his mom for his birthday with his childhood nickname on them.

Okay, okay, I have to confess.... this is actually my sister's best friend's license plate, and yes, that's what happened. Sorry Dane! :-)

But thanks Lori, for snapping this one!

Can dogs even get that?

Good idea: Getting a personalized license plate to declare your love for your pet.
Bad idea: Telling the entire world, probably on accident, that your dog has SARS.

brought to you by Lori, thanks honey buns!

At least they can count...

Good job, Mr. SUV. You have correctly counted the number of fish you have, and then announced it to the world.

Is that English?

While I have some suspicion that this is sports related, it sounds like the grunt sounds of someone who is getting the shit kicked out of them. OOoo! Uut! NUUUUU!

It's your basic really stupid license plate.

Rhymes with ...

In case you can't tell, this says, "SHE SMIT". Although it looks a little different from far away, maybe that's the point?

Bad License Plates

Bad personalized license plates drive me up the wall. Perhaps it's because I'm an editor or because I take everything literally. Maybe it's because I like figuring things out and I can't stand it when I'm in the dark. In any case, this blog is dedicated to all the misguided people out there who think a personalized license plate is a great place for a personal joke, a nonsensical word, or a combination of letters and numbers that even Einstein could not decipher.
